Oh for the love of—, okay guys gaming is over, be ready to find something else to do, the industry is coughing blood at this point. The NATAL project was unveiled a few days ago at e3 (I forgot to watch >.<, but reading up… ). They unveiled the long awaited “project NATAL” as KINECT. What a wonderfull device right? Well they had it unveiled by circus performers, so that was kind of a wierd start. But, most of you probably remember the wii taking over the market by having motion controlled minigames in sports form, calling it “Wii Sports”. Well, MicroShit has done it again guys, a great, totally not stolen, completely original idea: “KINECT Sports”. They also unveiled there new game where all you do is pet a tiger…. yeah… They then spent about half the conference talking about things the 360 can do BESIDES video games. Like voice commanding movies, waving your hand to fast forward, etc. What could go wrong? Well, I hope you sit perfectly still, and don’t talk. Ever called customer support and it hears everything you say wrong and you end up talking to a korean hooker because of reasons you can’t understand? That’s pretty much what the voice commands on windows 7 are like, and I’m pretty sure it’s a direct port (meaning the same system)
Reading up on Sony’s conference now, I’m a little more hopefull, it seems they’ve “come up” with the new gimmick that the “next generation” gamers (AKA: pussies _ buying a wii — worst mistake of my life) will no doubt be expecting. And by “come up” with, I obviously mean they stole it from nintendo, who got the idea from nvidia (computer tech company, I wont go into it too much but they make badass GFX cards). (I say nintendo “got the idea from” and sony “stole it from”, because nintendo developed it further by using the scans of the screen to make 3D without needing glasses, which has been done before but they’re making it reasonably priced, sony did no such thing, just copied)
O BTW, ps3 fags, they’re gonna make you pay for online now, oh sure you’ll still have everything but movies now, and to have movies or whatever other shit you’ll need “playstation plus”, but wait a few months and i guarantee you’ll be paying to do just about everything but basic gameplay.

NINTENDO, jeeze are they the winner every year or what? They’re the only people going in the right direction this year. That direction is BACKWARDS, guys we’re getting a new Donkey Kong, a new Kirby, a new Legend of Zelda, a new Twisted Metal, a new Metal Gear Solid
And get this: WE’RE GETTING A REMAKE OF GOLDENEYE: 007!!!
Even the mickey mouse game looks kickass, you get to erase any part of the game you want to. It’s like a paint thing where you can erase trees, recreate them, etc. Maybe the wii WILL turn out to finally be somewhat usefull this year!

E3 Summary: Nintendo will finally come back from the dead of being a little kids gaming system and finally make some games for us real gamers, instead of making games that our parents will want to play and piss us off. Microsoft and Sony will be going the other way, making more family oriented games, which will be easier, will suck more dick, and real gamers will laugh at. As far as video game releases for real gamers, on Xbox 360 and PS3 you will see the same worn out game saga’s, gears, COD, etc. and they will only really concentrate on the family games, because those bring in the most money. Nintendo will come back to the classic days and give us re-invented ways to play games that have been forgotten. I mean LOZ:OOT was possibly the best game ever made, rivalled only by super mario 3. But I mean come on, you can only hit gannons balls of lightning back at him and hit him with the biggorron sword so many times before you’re sick of the game. The same goes for SM3, Especially with the whistles cutting out worlds 2,3,4,5,6, and 7.
That’s the end of my summary of this years shitty, disappointing e3. Btw Xbox guys, I know you’re going to troll me saying “how is continuing a series worn out, but bringing back classics not?”. Well, it’s simple, Nintendo will give us new ways to play old games. Microshit will make more games in the same series, that use the same game engine, have 1 new feature per game, maybe some new perks in mw3 or some shit, but no REAL new programming. It’s the same difference between building a new car and putting an old radio in it, and taking a new radio and putting it in the old junker you already have. The new car is GOING to be cooler.
